PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method for a tubular substance, which is excellent in workability, restrains poor adhesion substantially, and gives basic performances such as strength and endurance to the tubular substance. SOLUTION: The method is to reinforce the tubular substance by wrapping it with a multilayer material including a hardening molding material layer. One face of the multilayer material is composed of an adhesive layer.
