PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce short pipes for sewerage in which material waste is reduced by as much as possible by utilizing an existing producing facility of long cast pipes for drinking mater. SOLUTION: Pipes to be joined with a pipe main body by separate joints are produced by casting. A centrifugal casting is integrally performed with two joints 11, 11 connected in the axial direction to one end of the pipe main body 16 having the length of two pieces of pipes. After released from a mold, the pipe main body 16 and the joints 11, 11 are cut off in the cut-off lines 21, 22 and also, the pipe body part 16 and the connected two joints 11, 11 are cut off into two pieces in the axial direction along the cut-off lines 23, 24.
