PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the drawbacks with a conventional ultrasonic facial care device that it has only the effect of removing dirt in pores which cannot be washed away by facial washing, and that it deals only with the surface of the face. SOLUTION: This device, based on the activity of the Earth which was considered to be unrelated with human bodies, achieves synchronization of the Schumann frequency that is the resonant frequency of the Earth with electromagnetic radiation emitted by living cells. The electromagnetic radiation emitted by living cells resonates with the Schumann frequency. This resonance, however, is lost if the living cells become abnormal with liver spots or speckles, etc., leading to decrease in metabolism of the cells and aging and weakening of the cells. The device applies electromagnetic radiation of high voltage and frequency to the abnormal cells to enable the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the living body to synchronize with the Schumann resonant frequency to thereby activate metabolism of the cells and completely eradicate liver spots and speckles. The capability to discharge toxins in the body and immunity are also enhanced for a healthier body.
