PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sure cramping of grain culms by smoothening the movement of a cramping lever placed on the opposite side to a threshing depth controlling conveyor, which transfers reaped grain culms and controls threshing depth. SOLUTION: A combine is provided with a connecting pipe 21 which connects a holding apparatus 20 for holding a cramping lever 19 placed on the opposite side to a threshing depth controlling conveyor 7, which transfers reaped grain culms to the upward rear and at the same time controls threshing depth, and the threshing depth controlling conveyor 7 to each other. The holding apparatus 20 is placed at a position approaching to the transfer ending side by a specific distance from the threshing depth controlling conveyor 7.
