PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an allyloxyalkylamine derivative capable of being used as a convenient crosslinking agent. SOLUTION: This allyloxyalkylamine derivative comprises a compound selected from an amine expressed by the general formula: (CH2=CHCH2-)1N(-R- OH)m(-R-OCH2=CHCH2)n (R is a 2-10C straight-chain or branched-chain divalent hydrocarbon residue and may be the same to or different from the other R; (l) and (m) are each 0-1; and (n) is 1-3, provided that l+m+n=3) and its ammonium salt.
