PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and simple device for neutralizing artificial dialysis waste liquid without especially using strong acid and strong alkali. SOLUTION: This neutralizing treatment device for a waste liquid generating from artificial dialysis is provided with an acid neutralization tank filled with natural stone particles consisting essentially of calcium carbonate and having 3 cm or smaller diameter of particle sizes.
