PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor required for opening a bag and introducing a dry mixed material into a hopper to a large extent and provide workers with the safety and sanitation and also the reduction of labor. SOLUTION: A material kneading device is constituted of (1) a kneading pump 51 for kneading the material and discharging the same, (2) a tank 54 disposed on the side of the kneading pump and storing the material, (3) a transfer means 57 transferring the material from the tank to the kneading pump, (4) a shutter disposed between the tank and the transfer means and to be freely opened and closed and (5) a means 100 for transferring the material from a bag 61 for feeding the material into the tank, and also a material receiving opening 54d is so provided on the tank as to enter a cylindrical material dropping opening of a given length formed on the bottom of the material feed bag 61. Also a material introducing jig 71 to be inserted into the material receiving opening of the tank and having the material feed bag 61 placed thereon is provided.
