SOLUTION: This throwaway item 1 to be worn has a stool holding part 4 comprising a top sheet 6, a bottom sheet 7 facing the top sheet 6 at an interval from it, and a space part 8 provided between both sheets 6, 7, where either grooves 13 or ribs 22 are formed in at least either of the top sheet 6 and the bottom sheet 7.
