PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high pressure processing, reduce electric resistance as a whole, and manufacture a stable rubber molding. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the rubber molded items, unvulcanized rubber R is put in an outer mold 1 having a cylindrical inner surface 2 and a bottom surface 3, and an inner mold 11 forming a gap between the outer mold 1 and itself is inserted into the outer mold 1. The unvulcanized rubber R is compressed between the outer mold 1 and the inner mold 2 while heating it and rubber is poured into the gap between the outer mold 1 and the inner mold 11, and demolded after vulcanization.
