PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the integrated value of the number of printing sheets or residual number of printable sheets of an accumulation member of recording materials, in an image forming apparatus using the accumulation member of recording materials such as roll papers or the like. SOLUTION: Non-volatile memories 11, 21 for storing data related to the image formation of a printer 300 are provided to roll papers (1), (2) and the integrated value of the number of printing sheets or residual number of printing sheets of the printer 300 is stored. Communication is performed between the radio communication circuits 12, 22 of the roll papers (1), (2) and the radio communication circuit 318 of the printer 300 and self-confirmation codes are mutually transmitted to store partner confirmation codes in the non-volatile memories 11, 21, 310 of the roll papers and the printer and the confirmation codes are added to perform communication. |
