PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously feeding food materials to a step of forming multilayer roll food and multilayer pile food. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a carrier conveyor 1, a switching part 1', stock conveyors 2a and 2b, a detection sensor and a conveyor 3 for sending food materials to a forming step. A food material 12 is formed by slicing a block food material 11 with a rotary cutter 10 and is put on the conveyor 1. The conveyors 1 and 2a meet, and the food material 12 is detected and is sent to be transferred to and be put on the stock conveyor under adjustment to the running condition of the conveyors 1 and 2a. Then, the food material 12 is sent to be transferred from the stock conveyor to the conveyor 3 and to continuously fed to the forming step. |
