PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a short pants for incontinence, capable of preventing incontinent urine from leaking from water-absorbing and water-holding sheet sewed on the short pants regardless of the posture at the time of incontinence, and capable of facilitating the exchange of the short pants. SOLUTION: A separating part 8 is formed in the front direction of the side part of the short pants, and hook-and-loop fasteners 9 and hooks 10 are attached to the matching surfaces so that the front part may be opened and closed. The water-absorbing and water-holding sheet 6 having water-repellent edges 7 formed on the whole circumference by overlapping the water-absorbing layer and a water-repellent film is sewed on the back surface of a crotch part 3. The separating part 8 can be formed also on the other side part of the short pants so that the front part may be wholly opened.
