PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene copolymer film which is excellent in processibility and flexibility, has little orientation difference in the longitudinal and transverse directions, preferably the substantially same orientations, is easily cut with e.g. a saw blade, scarcely affects the environment, and does not emit a toxic gas when burned. SOLUTION: This film is prevented by laminating (1) an ethylene copolymer monolayer film which is formed from an ethylene alkyl acrylate copolymer having an alkyl acrylate content of 15-50 wt.% and a melt mass flow rate of 0.1-1.5 g/10 min and has no yield point, (2) an intermediate layer formed from an ethylene alkyl acrylate copolymer having an alkyl acrylate content of 15-50 wt.% and a melt mass flow rate of 0.1-1.5 g/10 min, and two outer layers formed from an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer.
