PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding like a board that don't emit formaldehyde because of no use of adhesive and have capacities of deodorant, an insect repel lent, germicide, a humidifier, poisonous gas adsorption, a thermal insulation and flame retardancy, hence it can be used for building materials, furniture materials, interior materials in a car and interior decorations in a room or the like and also provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The raw materials of the above are charcoal and thermoplastic resin fiber. The above goods are made by accumulated ground fibers that include thermoplastic resin fibers and ground charcoal or mixed materials of burnt charcoal grains. After thin breathable exterior materials are coated on both faces or one side face of this accumulated mixture. It is hot-pressed and then quickly cold-pressed. The characteristics of the molding like a board made in the above manufacture method are that the thermoplastic resin fiber is hot- pressed and welded with each other with a few pores and ground charcoals or burnt charcoal grains are adhered to the welded part and latent in the pores a thin breathable exterior materials are coated on the both faces or one side face.
