PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter device capable of effectively utilizing the remaining roll-like seal base paper, reducing the discard of the wasteful portion as much as possible, manufacturing various seal base paper, and having high convenience. SOLUTION: This slitter device is provided with a delivering device 2 capable of delivering seal base paper P and P', a workbench 4 for the connecting work of different seal base paper P and P', an adhesive delivering device 12 capable of delivering an adhesive connecting different seal base paper on the workbench 4, a cutter device 5 for a cutting process after the connecting work, and a winding device 3 capable of winding the slit seal base paper.
