PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig and a method for manufacturing an exterior corner member capable of certainly adhering an obliquely cut edge of an abutting part. SOLUTION: The jig is used for manufacturing the V-shaped exterior corner member by forming respective obliquely cut edges of the abutting parts of a pair of plate pieces, abutting the obliquely cut edges on each other through an adhesive, and adhering them to each other. The jig 1 has a pair of receiving plates 12 rising slope-like, right and left, and upwardly from a bottom plate 11, the upper parts of the receiving plates 12 is provided with pressing pieces 13 for abutting on the upper ends of the plate pieces to apply pressing forces toward the obliquely cut edges, and the bottom plate 11 is provided with insert holes 15 into which the abutting parts of the pair of plate pieces are inserted.
