PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high-function apparatus which can generate a vibration of more intricate mode by obtaining a vibrator with which vibration in any direction can be obtained. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic vibrator has a base surface plate 12 perpendicular to a central axis and two mounting surfaces of parallel flank plates 13 on the order shell. This portable electronic apparatus is mounted with a plurality of the electromagnetic vibrators which generate the vibrations by moving bodies which make rotational motion or reciprocating motion with respect to central axes by varying the directions of the central axes from each other or directing the vibrators in the same direction.
