PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible melamine resin decorative plate excellent in heat resistance and flexural moldability. SOLUTION: In the flexible decorative plate produced by laminating paper impregnated with a melamine resin and paper impregnated with a phenol resin, the phenol resin is incorporated with ultrafine particles of anhydrous silica.
