PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen improper tanning by oxidation of a resin and defective moulding by mixing of foreign matter such as dust. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprise a shutter a5 and shutter b8 freely opening/closing by cylinder a4 and cylinder b7 for dividing a hopper, an inactive nitrogen gas feed pipe 10 and nitrogen discharge pipe 11 provided on an intermediate hopper b6 partitioned by the shutter a5 and shutter b8, an inactive nitrogen filling pipe 13 provided on a resin feed hopper c9 integrated with a molding cylinder 14 of a molding machine. The foreign matter such as dust is eliminated from the resin by supply-in the nitrogen gas from a nitrogen discharge pipe 11 in the inter-mediate hopper b6 to discharge the foreign matter together with the nitrogen from the nitrogen supply pipe 10, and the foreign matter-eliminated resin is supplied to the resin supply hopper c9 keeping the environment of the nitrogen always supplied from the nitrogen filling pipe 13 to be supplied to a cylinder of the molding machine.
