WOODEN FLOOR MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden floor material with high dimensional stability of which foundation board is a medium density ligneous fiberboard (MDF). SOLUTION: On either obverse or reverse of the MDF, a number of grooves are formed to have a depth deeper than one half of thickness of the above MDF. The heart and the other side of the MDF are hardened under the condition that is penetrated polyurethane synthetic resin by coating polyurethane synthetic resin on the grooved side. The wooden floor material is constituted of the MDF foundation board that has the penetrated harden layer of synthetic resin on the both sides and has high dimensional stability, and a decorated surface board or veneer and a decollated sheet attached to both faces.
