PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from intruding into a hydraulic breaker and prevent foreign matter from mixing into the hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic shovel in the hydraulic breaker work at a site having much dust for the tunnel work or the like. SOLUTION: This hydraulic breaker having a chisel slidably fitted to an abrasion bush internally fixed to the lower part of a tubular casing is provided with a metal spring scraper with its bore closely stuck to a chisel outer periphery at the slide part of the abrasion bush with the chisel, an elastic chisel scraper with its bore kept in contact with the chisel outer periphery at pressing force, and a wiper made of a composite raw material of a resin and an elastic body with its bore kept in contact with the chisel outer periphery.
