摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite tubular material and its manufacturing method which can maintain its mechanical strength to some extent while enhancing its thermal conductivity in the thickness direction as well as its durability of the mold releasable resin layer. SOLUTION: In the composite tubular material which is composed of a tubular heat-resistant resin layer containing 10 to 60 pts.wt. of heat-resistant inorganic powder to 100 pts.wt. of resin solid material and the mold-releasable resin layer formed on the external surface, (a) the average particle size of the thermal conductive inorganic powder is at most 3μm as a measured value of the reference area using a light-transmissive centrifugal sedimentation method, and also (b) to powder contains 5 to 40% of 10μm or larger particle diameter, and the heat-resistant resin layer is 3μm or smaller surface roughness.
