PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiencies in transporting, storing and handling of fragmentarily ground fluff fuel. SOLUTION: The fluff fuel housing device comprises a housing bag 2 formed out of a gas-impermeable material, a discharging fastener 4 provided at the outlet opening 3 of the housing bag 2 for opening and closing the opening, a take-in nozzle 5 for taking fluff fuel in, a filter-equipped check valve nozzle 6 detachably attached to the take-in nozzle 5 for sucking air only out of the bag, and an exhaust nozzle 7 attached to the housing bag 2 for discharging air used in pneumatic filling of the fluff fuel.
