PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a recording medium for analyzing the image of cell by which the chromosome aberration in the nucleus cell, namely the DNA lesion in the interphase cell, is objectively and efficiently autoanalized by using the micronucleus as a marker. SOLUTION: On an image analyzer for analyzing the aberration generated in a chromosome on the basis of the image of the nucleus cell obtained by a microscope, the microscope (A) for observing the nucleus of the nucleus cell after labeling with a pigment specific to the nucleus and an analysis device (30) for comparing with the image obtained by this microscope (A) to grasp the shape of the above observation subject correspondent to the light and shade of the image and correlating the micronucleus with the main nucleus by means of measuring the distance to calculate the cell holding the micronucleus in the case that the micronucleus is detected in the image are equipped. |
