PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for making a lifting and a reversing hole to transfer and transport a concrete product by solving a conventional problem such as a high formation cost caused by a large number of formation processes and a large number of part items and poor transportation and store efficiency caused by the bulkiness of an anchor with a large diameter at the work of the transportation and the store, which thereby realizes a reduction of formation cost, an improvement of the transportation and the store efficiency and the like. SOLUTION: A feature of the tool is to provide a body of making a cylindrical pipe-like lifting and reversing hole of which the both ends are opened, a circular hollow hole in a center portion and a disk-like anchor member with a plurality of engaging member which is protruded radially into the center portion from the edge of an outer circuit of the hollow hole roughly at saw edge-like intervals, at least to form the engaging member from an elastic steel material, to insert the disk-like anchor member respectively into the outer circuit surface of the body of fabricating the lifting and the reversing hole from the both ends of the body, to pile up the anchor member roughly at a middle point of a long hand direction of the body, to assemble the engaging member of the both anchor members reciprocally so as to be arch-like slanted to the side of the insertion end portion on a steep downward slop, to engage with the engaging members by bringing pressure to the outer circuit surface due to an elastic force of the engaging member, besides to form a mountain-like space between the engaging member of the both anchor members and the like.
