PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive packaging container whose contents and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on a cover open/close label do not contact and adhere as to a packaging container to whose container main body, taking out opening a cover open/close label having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is adhered for freely opening and closing the opening for taking out the contents. SOLUTION: This packaging container comprises a container main body having a taking out opening and a cover open/close label adhered covering the opening. The label is structured freely peelable relative to the container main body by a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided wholly on one of its faces. On the side where the adhesive layer touches in the opening of the main body, a sheet which is larger than the opening and has on at least one face side an exposed face structured to be left in the main body when the label is opened is provided with the exposed face being positioned on the adhesive layer side.
