PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transporting and blowing method of pulverized fine coal into a blast furnace without plugging a carrying pipe, in which the blowing speed can be raised. SOLUTION: The 5-50 mass % of pulverized fine coal for blowing into the blast furnace is 1-20μm grain diameter and contains 1-8 mass % moisture. Further, 10-90 mass % of the pulverized fine coal is containing 30-50 mass % volatile matter.
