PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a blood vessel cannot be separated with direct recognition to increase bleeding amount to cause very large bleeding in a conventional blind esophagus extraction surgery using no endoscope, a visual field cannot be secured in the entire region and a sufficient space for treatment cannot be secured in an edoscope auxiliary esophagus enuculation using exclusion with uncus, and certain hemostasis is difficult due to insufficient visual field. SOLUTION: The cylindrical tube having a side hole mounted with a surgery endoscope fixing tool allows a good visual field and rapid and certain blood vessel treatment under a direct vision. |
