PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more convenient vacuum cleaner that can be held in an upright posture and saves a space for storage with a suction nozzle that can be made compact. SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner body 1 housing an electric ventilator 2 that includes the 1st and 2nd connection tubes 7 and 8, forming a part of the passage of an air current to be generated by a driving force of the electric ventilator 2 being located between the vacuum cleaner body 1 and the sucking nozzle 6, wherein the 1st and 2nd connection tubes 7 and 8 are made flexibly bendable and the vacuum cleaner body 1 can be held in an upright posture.
