PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide throwaway briefs capable of preventing leak of excrement from a waist opening part while preventing storage of excrement stored at the waist opening part. SOLUTION: This pair of briefs is provided with a main body 5 comprising a top sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorbing body 4, both side edge parts of an abdomen side part 5A and a back side part 5B of the main body 5 are jointed with each other and fixed to form the waist opening part and leg opening parts, outward extended waist flaps 7A, 7B are provided on both end edges of the absorbing body 4, waist elastic members 8A, 8b are provided on the waist flaps 7A, 7B, side elastic members 10A, 10B are disposed on side flaps 9A, 9B of the abdomen side part 5A and the back side part 5B which are extended from both end edges of the absorbing body 4 outward in the width direction, leg elastic members 11A, 11B are provided on the side flaps 9A, 9B of leg parts at the leg opening parts, and the leg elastic members 11A, 11B traverse to be overlapped with the absorbing body 4 in a range having the leg opening part in the diaper width direction.
