PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powdery food weak in the hot gastatoriness peculiar to a seasoning such as soy sauce, vinegar or sake compared with the case in taking the seasoning singly, rather feeling the deliciousness and mildness of such gastatoriness when taken. SOLUTION: This method for producing a powdery food comprises the following process: food powder is injected into a drying column by the aid of gas pressure and dispersed inside the column so as to form a descending stream; a liquid seasoning jet stream is then crossed with and/or made to stand against the thus dispersed descending stream, thereby the food powder dispersed and the liquid seasoning jet stream are contacted with each other and dried to bear the liquid seasoning on the food powder. |
