PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutated TP53R2H gene and TP53R2H protein that are considered to be useful as medicines for treating highly malignant cancers that resist anticancer agents and the radiotherapy and for diagnosing and/or preventing cancers. SOLUTION: This protein is homologous, for example, to ribonucleotides reductase in its amino acid sequence, so that the protein, DNA encoding the protein, and antibodies therefor are useful for preventing, treating, and diagnosing cancers. |
