PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a fiber-reinforced resin pipe, in which strength in the direction of a pipe axis for prescribed flat charge is obtained by fiber of fewer amount in the peripheral direction. SOLUTION: A fiber-feeding device 14 provided in the prescribed position in the axial direction is rotated around the axial center in the direction reverse to the direction of rotation of a core mold 4. While feeding a continuous fibrous reinforcing material 7 from the fiber-feeding device 14, the reinforcing material 7 is wound on the outer periphery of the cylindrical core mold 4 moved in the axial direction while rotating around the axial center. Thereby, a winding angle of reinforcing material 7 in the peripheral direction is made small without lowering productivity.
