<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion resistant material capable of being obtained as a shaped article of one body having an optional size easily at the normal temperature without performing a high temperature heat treatment, excellent in shape and dimensional stability and also equipped with a high strength and toughness. SOLUTION: This abrasion resistant material is a cured material of a blended material containing at least a cement, fine particles of a pozzolanic material, aggregates having <=2 mm particle diameter, water and a water-reducing agent, and has at least the surface layer of the cured material dispersed with substance having >=1,600 Vickers hardness.</p> |
