PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition and a bleaching agent composition including a fragrant component having high preference and excellent stability in products and harmony with other perfumes. SOLUTION: This composition is formulated with a 2,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone derivative expressed by formula (1) as a fragrant component, and the bleaching agent composition is formulated with the fragrant material composition. (In the formula, R is a 1-10C straight chain or branched saturated alkyl or an alkyloxymethyl).
