PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject compound that has excellent macrophage activity inhibitory action and is useful as an anti-inflammatory, anti-autoimmune disease or antiseptic agent. SOLUTION: The objective compound is represented by general formula (I) [wherein R1 is a 1-20C alkanoyl which may be substituted with at least a substitutuent selected from a substituent group A; R2 is a 1-20C alkyl which may be substituted with a substituent selected from the substituent group A; R3 is a halogen, hydroxyl, a 1-6C alkoxy, or the like; X is a single bond or a group represented by O-CH2], or an eater thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
