PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to change a state of a dull surface in forming a laminated plate. SOLUTION: Necessary number of B staged prepregs which are produced by impregnating a thermosetting resin into a sheet type of a fiber substrate and drying it are piled up, the prepreg layer 1 is held between forming plates 3, and it is heated and pressed between heating plates to form the laminated plate. In the forming process, an aluminum plate with fine irregularity on its surface is used as the forming plate. A resin film for separating with desired thickness are inserted between the forming plate and the prepreg layers, and the laminated plate is formed by heating and pressing. The state of the dull surface of the laminated plate is adjusted by changing the thickness of the resin film for separating.
