METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WASTE PAPER FIBERBOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing waste paper fiberboards of the desired thickness without the application of the surface polishing process. SOLUTION: The hot press process F is separated into two processes. The first is a hot press process to mold board stock into fiberboards, and the second is a hot press process to heat and screw-press the first molding fiberboards made in the first hot press process to specified thickness. The operating conditions in the second hot press process are: (a) a press pressure of 10 kgf/cm2 or more, (b) a heating temperature of 120-220 deg.C, (c) a heating and pressing time of 1 minute or more, (d) water content of 3-11 wt.% in the first molding fiberboard before heating and pressing.
