PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail gripper simply setting a nail, allowing accurate nailing, and allowing dangerless nailing work because a nail is not directly gripped by the finger tips of a hand. SOLUTION: The nail can be simply set by this nail gripper and is not directly gripped by the finger tips of the hand, a grip part and a hold part 3 are gripped and held at nailing, therefore the nail set at the nail set part 2 of a fixed part 1 can be straightly driven without the danger that the finger tips are struck by a hammer or a mallet. The nail set part 2 is formed into a recessed shape and has a magnet 4, and the set nail can be accurately driven along the groove of the recess. The nail gripper may comprise the grip part and the hold part having recesses, which are matched in size with the diameter of the nail, can set the nail, and are removable after nailing, at least at one or more positions without using the magnet 4 in the nail set part 2.
