PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-compression bonding device constituting a path for a welding current to only the electrode in a position of welding when plural electrodes change the position in turn to the positions of welding. SOLUTION: By providing an electrode generating heat by conducting current from a power source, an electrode head and a supporting member holding the electrode, a rotary drive means for rotating and driving the supporting member, a means for moving the electrode vertically to the direction of an object to be worked, and a dressing means for improving the surface of the electrode. A first connector and a second connector are provided on each cable energizing the electrode. By welding the first connector and the second connector to respective cables in the middle where the electrode is moved in the direction of a work by a rise and fall means, the welding current carrying path is constituted.
