PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of an insertion part and improve the operability in erecting an endo-therapy accessory in a two-channel type endoscope by extending a guide pipe, where a control wire connected to a treatment instrument raising member disposed at one of two endo-therapy accessory outlets of the endoscope is inserted, obliquely upward above the rear of an observation window. SOLUTION: A guide pipe 33 is fixed in a tip body 20 forming a hard tip part 6. A control wire 23 is inserted in a flexible tube 34 from the guide pipe 33. The guide pipe 33 comprises a straight pipe portion 33a extending to a space behind a prism 30b, and a bend pipe portion 33b bent obliquely upward. The flexible tube 24 connected to the bend pipe portion 33b is arranged, within an angle part 5, above a line H interconnecting angle control wires 19R and 19L, together with a cable 16, light guides 17 and an air/water feed tube 18 all of flexible members.
