PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet having elastical stretchability even if a rubbery material such as a thermoplastic elastomer or the like is not used and having no sticky or slimy touch. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 2 is constituted of a nonwoven fabric 2 and a large number of elongated flexible continuous filaments 3 bonded to the nonwoven fabric 2 and unidirectionally extending parallelly in a mutually spaced apart state. A large number of restorable wrinkles 4, which extend in the direction crossing the filament extending direction, are continuously formed to the nonwoven fabric 2 and the continuous filaments 3 in one direction and, by unidirectionally shrinking the nonwoven fabric 2 and the continuous filaments 3 in a given ratio with respect to the unit length of the composite sheet in one direction before wrinkles 4 are formed to the nonwoven fabric 2 and the continuous filaments 3, the composite sheet 1 has elastical stretchability in one direction. |
