PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defect such as uneven thickness of a pipe and the cold shut on a casting skin, caused by the disturbance of molten metal flow in a mold, and to supply the molten metal smoothly and forcedly along the axial direction of the mold in a centrifugal casting apparatus. SOLUTION: In the centrifugal casting apparatus, the molten metal is supplied from a casting ladle 4 into a rotating type mold 1 through a chute 5. The casting ladle 4 and the chute 5 are arranged with an angle to the axis of the mold 1 in plan view.
