A MULTI-STAGE STRAW, ITS PRODUCTION APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage straw which prevent reduction of pressure inside of the container at the time of suction, its production apparatus and method. SOLUTION: A multi-stage straw 1 which has the out-most tube 3 on whose outside surface more than one vertical convex lines 5 are formed, the production apparatus/method which are consisted of a rotating drum having a tube charging groove to which the out-most tube is charged, of male rod whose surface has convex lines and of female roll with female mold corresponding to convex lines of the male rod, the rod and roll being set so that they can shuttle in the tube charging groove by cam and the female roll being placed so that the rod and roll move synchronically and the convex lines of the rod come fit with the concave lines of female roll keeping the out-most tube's wall between them.
