PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cabinet having high heat insulation advantage, uniformly heating the whole foodstuffs and applicable to the situation that the door of the cabinet is opened and shut frequently or the cabinet is kept open without installing the door. SOLUTION: An air curtain which flows upward is formed along a part of the display space side. A display rack is set horizontally. A reflection plate is set above the display rack horizontally, and on its under surface the creases extend to horizontal directions and bend up and down in a zigzag form. A heater radiates far infrared rays toward the under surface of the reflection plate. All these devices are included in the heating cabinet.
