SOLUTION: The diameter of the through-hole 3 of a holder 2 is enlarged slightly bigger than the diameter of a stay 5, also longitudinal slits S are formed respectively by passing through in the front and rear direction Y at both side parts of the width direction X of the through-hole 3 in the holder 2, then touchable convex parts 14 are respectively formed on the side face of the stay 5 on the inner surface of the through-hole 3 within the range of formed slits S.
