PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad for spreading liquid drop which can put hair restorer, etc., on the fixed area of the head skin or the root of hairs without waste, not making hands dirty, and with certainty. SOLUTION: This pad has a foundation layer, an adhesive layer made on one surface of the foundation layer, and a water preserving layer made on the other surface of the foundation layer. On the water preserving layer, there is a non-water preserving layer with lots of openings.
