SOLUTION: This door angle-adjusting mechanism of the fixed body type tea production machine, characterized by comprising a door-opening or closing means for detachably attaching the doors to a machine frame to open or close the doors of the fixed body type tea production machine and a distance-changing means for freely changing a distance between a rotary shaft and the doors.
