PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sinker capable of smoothing the shaking of terminal tackles so that a fishing line can be located in the center of the sinker, preventing a snell from entwining with a main line and preventing the fishing line from being broken in a caulked part of a Gandama (a small spherical sinker with a crack used by chewing up). SOLUTION: This sinker is obtained by forming a crack 1 in a straight-line form from one end P1 to the center P2 of the Gandama 2, bending the crack 1 at the center P2, forming the crack 1 to this side P3 of the other end and carrying out the chamfering 3 of an inlet part of the crack 1 so as to facilitate the opening of the crack 1. When the Gandama 2 is attached to a fishing line 4, the crack 1 is opened as illustrated by Fig. 1 and the fishing line 4 is located in the bent part (center P2 of the Gandama 2) to caulk the Gandama 2. Thereby, the fishing line 4 is located in the center of the Gandama 2.
