PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device offering simple construction for easily changing the carrying direction of carried materials and carrying the carried materials being curved in a moving direction. SOLUTION: The carrying device comprises a material carrier 51 formed in rectangle, having the end oscillatingly mounted on a linear guide 11 at an initial position side and oscillatingly mounted on a curved guide 21 at a final position side apart from the linear guide, and provided with two abutting parts, a first abutting part 52 mounted on a first auxiliary guide 31 and a second abutting part 53 mounted on a second auxiliary guide 41, the first abutting part 52 being located near a final position B of carried materials W beyond the second abutting part 53 and in proximity to the linear guide 11 when it is set at an initial position A of the carried materials W, and driving means 13 for reciprocatingly moving the material carrier 51 from the initial position A of the carried materials W on the linear guide 11 to the final position B.
